Practices like yin yoga, restorative yoga & slow embodied vinyasa flow allow for the time & space you need to release stress, feel nourished & find clarity. You won’t find as many fast-paced flow practices on our Yoga Teacher Training courses (but remember, moving slower takes more strength, intentional alignment & focus). Our intention in each practice is to craft nourishing & supportive energy for your inner-exploration.
The space of a yoga practice is unique & offers an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself. Through the medium of yoga, we uncover that the body is so much more than matter. Your nervous system, connective tissues & energetic centers saturate your body with consciousness.
